- In West Africa, we supply and maintain diesel or gas engine power production systems for marine or stationary applications within the electrical power and naval propulsion markets.
- We are looking for a HRLO Specialist For Wartsila West & Central Africa. Location for this position is Nigeria.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving the HR Transformation in own country and providing support to local management.
- Support local Management and organizational changes.
- Ensuring country benefits and reward strategies are planned, executed and all legal requirements are considered and adhered to.
- Creating employee engagement initiatives, fair people policies and procedures, identifying and retaining key talent across the organization and creating proactive approaches to well-being in the organization in order to drive physical and mental wellbeing.
- Driving diversity and equal opportunities in everything we do is a top priority.
