AETI Power Systems and Controls Limited – Our client is looking to recruit suitably qualified candidates for a First-Class Business and Management Journal within the capacity below:

Job Title: Managing Editor

Location: Lagos

Responsibilities

• Approve and edit editorial content
• Coordinate the distribution policy of the journal in bookshops, hotels, airlines, individual and corporate subscriptions.
• Manage the on-line distribution of the journal
• Coordinate the advertisement sales team to ensure sufficient procurement of adverts from the corporate organization, in time, develop the distribution channel
• Coordinate editorial publications and meetings
• Create and employ various marketing strategies in order to get more people to read the published content.

Requirements

• A graduate qualification (Bachelor, Master’s degree or HND) of the relevant course of study
• 10 years of cognitive experience in any of the newspaper houses
• Must have experience as a Business Editor in any of the reputable newspaper houses.
• Strong Communication Skills (Written)
• Attention to details
• Exceptionally ability in copy write and editing
• Excellent organizational and people skills
