We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Debt Collections Manager

Location: Oshodi, Lagos
Job Type: Full Time

Job Objective/ Purpose

  • Overseeing and managing all the Debt Collections business of ConSol Limited.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ensuring & Monitoring repayments from a portfolio of Debtors.
  • Define and manage the debt collections business processes.
  • Collecting and summarizing data for a complete and detailed financial / data recovery report for Management and Clients use.
  • Definition and performance management of Target KPAs / KPIs.
  • Monitoring the volume, quantum and quality of outbound calls made by the DCAs.
  • Developing strategies for the resolution and the collection of bad debt.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve overall collections significantly.

Job Requirements

Education Qualification:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or a Higher National Diploma (HND) from a recognized institution of higher learning.

Professional Qualification:

  • Financial / Debt recovery Management or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience.
  • Working knowledge of appropriate CRM software and understanding of the Contact center industry.
