We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account Officer / Cashier
Location: Surulere, Lagos State
Employment Type: Full-time

The Role
We are looking for an OND / HND Cashier to manage Stock Records and all Transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in a similar role and good knowledge of Accounting Spreadsheet.

Job Description:

• Maintaining spreadsheets and specific excel files
• Assist in filing and keeping proper books of account
• Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms, and requests for payment
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them, and provide relevant information.
• Track transactions on balance sheets and report any discrepancies.
• Handle merchandise returns and exchanges.

Responsibilities

• Issuing of receipts/ Sales invoices
• Managing Stock Records.
• System matching / Reconciliation of receipts & invoices
• Contacting Clients about transactions and invoices.
• Handling queries related to accounts.
• Keeping a record of postdated cheques in the prescribed format and submit a weekly report
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• OND or HND in Accounting, Business administration, Economics or any related field.
• Must be between 22- 28 years
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and Word)
• Work experience as an Assistant Accountant/ Cashier is an added advantage
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Customer satisfaction-oriented

NB: Must be residing within Yaba, Sabo, Fadeyi, Lawanson, or Surulere axis of Lagos.

Available to work from Mondays to Saturdays.

Salary: N35,000 – N45,000 Monthly.
