Job Description

Contacting & Interacting with Debtors via telephone:

• Collecting payment on debts
• Understanding the reasons for late payment.
• Plan the course of action to recover owed money.
• Negotiating payoff deadlines and payment plans.
• Ensuring the resolution of delinquent accounts
• Tracking outstanding debts

Functional Requirements

• Communication (Local Language and English)
• Customer Service Skills
• Excellent Telephone Etiquette
• Listening Skills
• PC/personal productivity tools – Words for windows, Excel, PowerPoint, Mailing
• Excellent Communication Skills
