Job Description / Requirements for Farm manager vacancy

• The ideal candidate who must have hands-on farming experience and technical knowledge must have a Master’s Degree in Agriculture or related field such as Agricultural Engineering, Crop Management, Farm Business Management and Horticulture.
• He or she must possess minimum of 8 years cognate experience in technical and practical Farm Management and Operations as well as ability to make sound business decisions.
• Membership of Farmers’ Association or relevant professional body will be an advantage.
