Job Description
- Winock Solar is seeking an NYSC Corp member that is naturally good at customer service.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations team to make calls to customers as required
- Maintain a record of communication with customers in the CRM
- Provide daily reports of customer communication to the Project and Operations Manager
Qualifications
- This role is only open to NYSC Corp Members
- Basic computer skills are required
- Experience in customer service is highly advantageous
