The MTN Skills Academy aims to provide access to digital and financial skills training across Africa. By bridging the gap between high demand and low supply, we aim to increase digital skills and increase employment opportunities.
From career guidance, to digital training courses, the Skills Academy brings access to digital and financial skills to everyone across MTN’s footprint.

- Learn more about digital careers and explore free digital and financial courses through MTN partners.
Discover: Once you register, you will be provided with the opportunity to take a specialised survey to help understand your career goals. This survey will provide you with a personalised set of results that aim to assist you on your career journey. The survey can be taken many times, and the results are based on your own likes and dislikes.
The results then link through to a career guidance page, where you can read up more on the different career fields. From there you can learn about what careers fall into each field, where you can study, and how you can go about applying for tertiary education.
Learn: The learn element allows you to access specific content via our partner learning platform. The courses are specifically aimed at providing training etc. Individuals who do well in these courses, or who wish to do a more in-depth training programme are welcome to apply for further micro-degrees that will
set them on a specialised digital path. Access to the micro-degrees and advanced courses will be enabled once 3 basic courses has been completed.
