Blakskill and She Leads Africa Partner to Empower 1,500 Nigerian Female Youths Through Job Placement Program

Blakskill Limited and She Leads Africa (SLA) have formed a strategic alliance aimed at empowering young women in Nigeria through the SLA Level Up Program, which offers job placement opportunities.

The primary goal of this partnership is to train 1,500 Nigerian women aged between 18 and 35, with a particular focus on facilitating employment opportunities. The initiative aims to achieve positive employment outcomes by effectively identifying, screening, and matching young female graduates with suitable job placements.

Furthermore, the collaboration aims to connect talented individuals with global job opportunities available within the Blakskill platform, thereby broadening their access to diverse employment options.

Olugbenga Omojola, CEO at Blakskill Limited, expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, underscoring its potential to empower Nigerian women and address the challenges they face in accessing job opportunities. He emphasized the goal of contributing to the creation of a more inclusive job market in Nigeria.

Adeola Tobi, COO at She Leads Africa, highlighted the significance of the collaborative effort in empowering young women and facilitating their transition into meaningful roles across various industries.
