OneCard TopUp Services Limited is a technology-based company that gives individuals and businesses of all sizes, secure and convenient ways to recharge mobile phones, toll passes, pay TV, internet, electricity and much more. OneCard also provides retail channels to entrepreneurs and other resellers for sale of top up for various services, through handheld devices and the innovative One1Card; the multi-purpose recharge card that tops up various services. We have built robust technology that enables service providers in the public and private sector collect revenue for the service they provide and the consumer enjoy easy and convenient top up/payment solutions for various services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Kano

Responsibilities

  • Drive Sales of company products in the Northern region in line with Set Targets
  • Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objective
  • Report on regional sales results
  • Forecast quarterly and annual profits
  • Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
  • Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
  • Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
  • Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
  • Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
  • Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
  • Manage sales Team in the regions
  • Manage Customers

Requirements and Skills

  • B.Sc Degree in Sales, Business Adminitration or any relevant field.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager or similar senior sales role
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team
