Dress Code of an Associate

The dress code of an associate is :

Black shirt or collared polo

A short-sleeved collared polo, or a black-colored T-shirt with no logo, or a Panera branded T-shirt should be worn by associates. The T-shirt must be tucked in, clean, and well ironed.

Dark Jeans or Khakis

The type of pants allowed at Panera Bread is either Khakis or dark-colored pants. The pants should have no design on them A dark-colored leather belt should be worn with the pants when required.

Apron and Nametag

Wearing a nametag is very important at work. This will help the customers communicate with you better. A green-colored apron that is clean and well ironed must be worn by associates at all times.

Shoes

Associates must wear a none slippery black shoes and must put on masks when necessary.

Dress Code of a Manager

Short-long sleeved solid colored/collared shirt – Managers are allowed to wear a long or short-sleeved solid-colored polo or a collared T-shirt. The accepted solid colors are black, blue, grey, and white sometimes.

The t-shirt must be tucked in, well ironed and if there would be any logo on it, it must be the Panera Bread logo.

The pants, mask, and shoes are the same as the associate listed above.

Dress Code for Bakers

Bakers have their uniforms but the employees only have access to it after three months of employment. In the first three months, their dress is the as the above list.

After three months, the baker would wear:

  • Black T-shirt ( Panera branded shirt)
  • White Chef Coat.  Short-Sleeved
  • Baseball Hat or a Beanie Hat (Non-vented)

Dress Code of Delivery Driver

Panera Branded shirt – it must be a black long-sleeved t-shirt. Sweaters or hoodies, or sweatshirts are not allowed.

  • Pants are not be tucked inside the boots or shoes.
  • Company Approved outerwear orange jacket is allowed.
  • the cocoa provided that is allowed.
  • Name tag must be worn at all times.
  • Their black shoes must be non-slippery. It could either be sneakers or boots with black socks.

Dress Code for Panera Bread Catering Coordinators

The dress code for Panera Bread Catering Coordinators is the same as the list above. Therefore, the coordinators must dress accordingly.
