One of the Highest Paid Internships in the UAE has been announced. The applications are open to apply for the MBZUAI Research Internship Program. The MBZUAI Internship is a fantastic opportunity to take your career to the next level. The four-week summer research internship program at the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence Abu Dhabi campus invites students from the UAE and from all around the world to work on research projects, build a network, and receive mentorship from the MBZUAI graduate students and faculty. The MBZUAI UGRIP is full of fun. The internship includes Social activities, and Trips to Downton Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It is a fully funded internship, so it covers a Stipend, Accommodation, Airfare, Visa, airport transfer, and Health Insurance. Are you ready to become a Next MBZUAI Intern?

Requirements 

  • The internship is open to all the Nationals.
  • Undergraduate students in STEM-related majors who have completed at least three years of their studies and have a CGPA of 3.5 (on a 4.0 scale) or equivalent.
  • These students must be enrolled in their final semester of studies (Fall or later) after participating in the UGRIP.
  • A letter issued by the University Registrar confirming your enrolment status, admission date, program duration, and expected graduation date.
  • A detailed transcript that includes all registered courses from the first to the current semester, along with course names, grades, and credit hours. (Signed and Stamped).
  • Colored copy of passport (valid for at least one year)
  • Statement of Purpose explaining:
    • Motivation for applying
    • Personal and academic background and how it is related to the MBZUAI internship.
    • Stand-out achievements (e.g., awards, distinction, etc.)
    • Goals as a prospective UGRIP participant
    • Preferred career path and plans

Language Requirements and Exemption Requirements

A valid certificate of any of the following:

  • TOEFL iBT with a minimum total score of 90
  • IELTS Academic with a minimum overall score of 6.5
  • EmSAT English with a minimum score of 1550

Exemption: A formal letter issued by the applicant’s university confirming that English is the primary language of instruction in their academic program.
