Tasks
- Provide technical support and service for customers, service and sales department
- Quoting of upgrades, services, and non-standards solution
- Liaise with factory for technical inquiries and feedback
- Manage special projects (e.g. crane upgrades)
- Daily and project-based reporting to the local Head of Customer Service
Qualifications
- Excellent knowledge of electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems (theory and practical)
- Experience working with Liebherr maritime cranes
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
- Customer service orientation
- Good communication and computer skills and cultural awareness
- Strong knowledge of the English language, French language skills preferable
- A valid driver license
