Location: Lagos

Summary
  • Ensure product availability across all channels and geographical areas within the country
  • The Sales Manager will plan and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets
Job Description
  • We are looking for highly skilled people with deep industry/consumer knowledge and experience to drive our mission to empower individuals to embrace their unique sense of style.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement customer retention strategies to ensure consistent growth in sales revenue.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers and retailers Pan Nigeria.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of the sales & channel development strategy to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Recruit, develop and manage sales team.
Qualification / Experience
  • Must be proficient in the use of MS office software.
  • Must be a National Sales Manager or equivalent position.
  • Ideal candidate should be a graduate in any discipline
  • Minimum of 15 years experience in the industry and implement sales strategies to achieve sales and profitability targets.

  • Channel Strategy Management
