Details
- Assist customers when they arrive, answer telephones, and handle outgoing calls as required
- Assist with the filing and retrieval of materials
- Assign and handle incoming packages
- Assist guests with directions, transportation, or other needs
- Provide information regarding services, amenities, and facilities
