Do you have good communication skills/customer service, skills to influence & persuade customers into closing sales, good knowledge of IT skills, good presentation/oratory skills, product knowledge skills & brilliant work ethic?

If yes, then fast rising Real Estate Company (The Nest Homes) needs you as a Sales Realtor to grow their database by generating leads, influencing & converting them into customers by closing sales

Job Responsibilities:
Meet monthly targets/sales goals (minimum of 4 sales).
Establish client relationship & resolve concerns.
Present products (home offerings) to clients & close sales.
Salary:
Commission – 7.5% of sales value
Stipend – N100,000.00
