Job Title: Manager, Revenue Strategy (Remote)

Location: Remote

About the Role 

  • As the Revenue Strategy Manager, you’ll work to set goals and lead planning initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
  • You will work with senior management, Finance, and Sales on financial planning, revenue forecasting, and other critical projects to support future growth.
  • Your ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and get things done will earn credibility with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own forecasting for the Revenue team
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to build annual and quarterly growth plans
  • Provide insights to the Sales Leadership
  • Partner with the Revenue Operations team on maintenance of Salesforce CRM and general operations
  • Work in close collaboration with the Data and Analytics team to design and implement reporting and dashboards in Looker
  • Collaborate with Finance for monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic operational projects to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in Finance or Business/Sales Operations, preferably in a fast paced environment
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to to identify and share key insights
  • Management or experience mentoring
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication
  • Business partnership experience with executives and upper management
  • Experience with SQL, Salesforce, BigQuery, Excel/Google Sheets.
