Job Title: Manager, Revenue Strategy (Remote)

About the Role
- As the Revenue Strategy Manager, you’ll work to set goals and lead planning initiatives to maximize revenue growth.
- You will work with senior management, Finance, and Sales on financial planning, revenue forecasting, and other critical projects to support future growth.
- Your ability to think strategically, adapt quickly, and get things done will earn credibility with all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Own forecasting for the Revenue team
- Partner with Sales Leadership to build annual and quarterly growth plans
- Provide insights to the Sales Leadership
- Partner with the Revenue Operations team on maintenance of Salesforce CRM and general operations
- Work in close collaboration with the Data and Analytics team to design and implement reporting and dashboards in Looker
- Collaborate with Finance for monthly, quarterly and annual performance reporting
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute strategic operational projects to increase sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue.
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in Finance or Business/Sales Operations, preferably in a fast paced environment
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to to identify and share key insights
- Management or experience mentoring
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication
- Business partnership experience with executives and upper management
- Experience with SQL, Salesforce, BigQuery, Excel/Google Sheets.
