Job Details

• Ability to describe problems with systems.
• Read, analyse and interpret procedures and instructions.

• Must be able to read, analyse and interpret procedures and instructions

Specific Functions and Responsibilities

• Assist Software team in the performance of their duties while under the guidance and direction of senior team members.
• Provide support for applications to ensure that they are available to all internal and external users.
• Support developers in documentations
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
• Diagnose and resolve minor operational issues with applications and mobile devices
• Maintain problem logs for application issues
• Follow documented procedures for monitoring and operating all applications Document and report application problems and interact with support staff to resolve problems.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor’s degree/HND in Computer Science or any related field
• 1 – 2 Years Postgraduate Cognate Experience in mobile and web application support; basic computer knowledge
