We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Grill / Barbecue Staff
Location: Ajah-Ilaje, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Prepares, seasons, and barbecues turkey, beef, chicken, fish and other types of meat: Builds fire in pit below spit, using hickory wood or other fuel to obtain bed of live coals, or regulates gas or electric heat.
- Secures meat on spit which is slowly turned by hand or electric motor to cook fish/ meat uniformly.
- Seasons fish / meat and bastes it frequently during roasting.
- May kill and dress animals or fowls or purchase fish/chicken/turkeyfrom vendors.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, OND, HND qualification.
- Experience making shawarma and attending to customers
- 1 year experience
- Applicants must be living in the Ajah / Ilaje environ.

- Experience in grilling and making wholesome and delicious bbq

- Punctuality.
Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 / month.
