Job Title: General Manager, Sales
Location: Lagos

The Opportunity
- The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall sales and marketing of Eunisell Interlinked Plc products and services to achieve projected revenue and growth plans.
 - He/She will coordinate and provide leadership for the sales team to achieve maximum revenue and profitability growth in line with Eunisell Interlinked Plc vision and values.
 - The role will also develop plans and strategies to expand the customer base and contribute to training and skills development for clients and sales team.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage and achieve agreed revenue target.
 - Expand the company’s clients while creating more revenue stream.
 - Provide technical services to solve clients’ production challenges and enhance production capabilities.
 - Manage multiple clients concurrently, often meeting deadlines and fulfilling service promise.
 - Provide appropriate technical support and services to clients on all company products and services as may be required.
 - Understand the growing trends in the energy industry and advise as may be necessary.
 - Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
 - Carry out market research, competitor analysis, customer surveys, and advise management on competitive opportunities.
 - Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting business relationships with clients across theenergy value chain, companies in the oil and gas industry, and relevant FMCGs.
 - Liaise with customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of company products and solutions according to customers’ needs.
 - Identify opportunities to grow new businesses with existing clients.
 - Serve as the lead point of contact to coordinate resolution of service incidents and escalation of technical issues.
 
Managerial Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the CEO.
 - Maintain excellent relationships with key decision makers at C-levelsacross the energy value chain, companies in the oil and gas industry, and relevant FMCGs.
 - Weekly/Monthly performance review and daily sales activities report.
 - Mentoring member of the Sales team.
 - Develop performance objectives and carry out performance reviews of staff.
 
What We Expect
- Electrical Engineering or Business background with suitable qualifications.
 - Excellent sales professional.
 - Use of MS office tools and relevant sales management applications.
 - Good listener and ability to deal with confidential matters.
 - Well organized and able to lead sales and marketing teams.
 - Initiative and creative ability.
 - Minimum of 20 years work experience in Electrical/technical sales within Discos/Gencos/oil & gas/Manufacturers and industrial sectors.
