Job Title: Fleet Manager
Location: Lagos
Job Summary
- The role holder will work with Hub operations to ensure optimal fleet conditions and ensure that services are available and perfectly executed to customers conveniently and seamlessly.
Responsibilities
- Manage real time fleet capacity
- Lead communications with the fleet for ongoing orders
- Track Bus Payments and receipts
- Manage staff including bus coordinators and mechanics (this includes tracking incentives and queries, tracking performance, tracking bus performance)
- Assistant in parts procurement and monitoring
- Vendor management
- Give structured and actionable feedback to the Head, Fleet Management
- Ensure smooth operations by ensuring that couriers are available for order fulfilment
- Manage fleet tracking and oversee prompt servicing of customer requests
- Ensure all couriers adhere to the company’s regulations, service-level agreements and standard operating procedures
- Monitor and ensure fleet operations follow local rules and regulations.
Requirements
- A First Degree in any discipline from a reputable institution
- Minimum of 3 years Fleet management experience.
- Accounts and Budgeting experience
- Excellent use of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
