Job Title: Customer Service Representative (French Speaking)
Culminate Consulting is a professional service firm into the business of Recruitment, Training, Outsourcing and ISO 9001: 2015 QMS, HSE, OSHA Implementation. We have worked extensively across diverse sectors of the economy ranging from Telecommunication, Banking &Finance, Information Technology and Oil & Gas.
Our Client a leading online Retail outlet is looking to fill the below stated position
o Initiate and manage large volumes of phone calls
o Generate sales leads
o Identify and assess customersâ€™ needs to achieve satisfaction
o Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
o Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
o Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas
o Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
o Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
o Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
o Take the extra mile to engage customers.
o Articulate graduate fluent in BOTH English and French is a Must
o Customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
o Strong phone contact and active listening skills
o Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters\
o Excellent communication and presentation skills
o Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively\
o Evidence of graduation from a higher institution
