Eatrite Food Services West Africa Limited, owners of Eatrite and Herfy franchises in Nigeria, is a food services company that owns chains of Quick Service Restaurants (QSR) within Abuja and Kano.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service Associate
Location: Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Pack orders appropriately to ensure that customers receive their items in good, safe and healthy condition.
- Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including holding cabinets, counter, microwave, drinks chiller, etc
- Restock supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Upsell and promote special offers or new menu items to customers.
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a calm and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
- Provide product recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Process customer payments and handle cash, transfer and POS transactions.
- Prepare and serve food items according to established procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in any of the Arts and Social Sciences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Young graduates with maximum 2 years post NYSC experience
- Must be Female
- Must reside in Abuja
- Must be vibrant, exciting, enthusiastic and passionate about sales and customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary
N50,000 – N70,000 / month.
