Job Title: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Location: Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full Time

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing business operations
• Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision
• Overseeing operations of the company and the work of executives(IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc.)
• Driving the company’s operating capabilities to surpass customer satisfaction and retention, and company goals.
• Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies, and collaborating with management regarding the implementation of these improvements.
• Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning.

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising and other related fields.
• 10+ years experience in executive leadership positions / working experience in a print, media & advertising company.
• Leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
• Understanding of advanced business planning and regulatory issues
• A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
• Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.

Salary

• N700,000 monthly gross.
