Job Description

• We are recruiting to fill the position of a Business Analyst/Customer engagement who will act as an intermediary between business, customer experience, and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Work with external customers to ensure technology service delivery and issue resolution
• Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential
• Monitor project progress by tracking activity
• Conduct insightful, ad hoc analyses to investigate ongoing or one-time operational issues

Requirements

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
• Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in the appropriate field of study
• Detail-oriented and analytical
• Ability to work independently and with a team
