• We are looking to recruit an experienced Brand Manager to join the Dairy Marketing team focused on New Product Development and nurturing innovations from the idea stage to launch.

Responsibilities

• Brand Manager will be primarily responsible for adding new innovations to the FanMilk (Danone) Dairy portfolio through project management, product launch, development and execution of short term, midterm and long-term strategy to achieve the commercial success of new launches in their different categories
• Identifying, building and prioritizing market & consumer insights; identifying potential products using said consumer insights
• Managing requisite Brands P&L

Critical Qualifications/Skills/Experience

• 4 – 5 years’ experience in FMCG Brand Management
• Previous experience in NPD innovation, new launch and project management in FMCG will be an added advantage
• Excellent communications skills
• High proficiency of MS Office suite especially PowerPoint & Excel
• Analytical and insightful
• Project management capabilities
