Job Title: Customer Care Support Engineer

- Receive quotation request from Service Support / Sales Team / Service team
- Get Machine serial number details
- Download part list book, identify / pick correct part numbers from Part-list book and confirm from Service Team
- Send proposals (Techno-commercial quotations) to customers by email.
- Print quotations and handover to Sales Support to file in respective sales engineer file
- Keep all quotations in respective customer folder (soft copy)
- Prepare AMC quotations
- Maintain Quotation Register and circulate regularly
ORDER RECEIVING PROCESS
- Forward all customer mails related to sales communication to Sales Support
- Forward all service related mails to Service Support
- Must be self-driven and have excellent organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be multitasking.
- Smart and must be team player.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of email platform is must.
- Available for 24-hours for any emergency calls from customers or office.
Experience & Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer support.
- Back office coordination.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills in understanding part numbers, electrical drawing, mechanical drawings etc.
HND/BSc in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering, or a related Engineering discipline
