Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Duties

  • Welcome clients, register them and ensure they see the doctor quickly.
  • Assist client to pick their desired glasses
  • Ensure everything needed for smooth operation of the clinic is available at the right time and place.
  • Proper documents of sales and expense records
  • Respond to enquiries on phone and social media
  • Go to organizations to create awareness about the value we offer.

Requirements / Skills

  • Interested candidates should possess a Degree with 3-5 years work experience.
  • Effective oral and written communication.
  • Co-ordinating skill with awareness of order of priority.
  • Works smartly and quickly
  • Proactive and ability to work without supervision
  • Pleasant Appearance; good dress sense and friendly
  • Sales / Marketing
