Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Location: Garki, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties
- Welcome clients, register them and ensure they see the doctor quickly.
- Assist client to pick their desired glasses
- Ensure everything needed for smooth operation of the clinic is available at the right time and place.
- Proper documents of sales and expense records
- Respond to enquiries on phone and social media
- Go to organizations to create awareness about the value we offer.
Requirements / Skills
- Interested candidates should possess a Degree with 3-5 years work experience.
- Effective oral and written communication.
- Co-ordinating skill with awareness of order of priority.
- Works smartly and quickly
- Proactive and ability to work without supervision
- Pleasant Appearance; good dress sense and friendly
- Sales / Marketing
