Job is work-based while the internship is based on gaining experience

At a job, there are hierarchies as you advance over a period of time but in an internship, there is no such structure. Everything ends once the internship stipulated period comes to an end.

Job needs incentives but an internship doesn’t necessarily need one

One way to keep an employee going and motivated is by pumping little incentives here and there but for the intern going through an internship, there is no much need for incentives as the training plus little monthly stipends given is enough motivation.

Job workloads are more than that of the internship because of experience and expertise
