Call For Applications: Hangzhou Innovation Challenge ( Up to $800K In Cash Prize)
We invite you to join the Hangzhou Innovation Challenge if you are building smart industries, high-tech innovations, strategic emerging industries, and revitalization of traditional sectors.
The mission of the Challenge is to invigorate the innovation ecosystem, spark creative dynamism, foster investments in groundbreaking ideas, and extend a warm invitation to talented individuals and teams worldwide to embark on an entrepreneurial journey in Hangzhou, China, the city of innovation!
In order to accelerate the construction of a modernized international socialist metropolis and attract overseas high-level talents and teams to come to Hangzhou for innovation and entrepreneurship with their high-tech projects.

The competition will have two special sessions for innovation and entrepreneurship projects of overseas Chinese students and innovation and entrepreneurship projects of foreigners (hereinafter referred to as “Overseas Chinese Students Session” and “Foreigners Session”), and is scheduled to be officially launched in February 2024, with an extensive call for innovation and entrepreneurship projects from all over the world.
The competition offers substantial cash prizes, including first, second, third, and winning prizes, with a total prize money pool of up to 800,000 USD.
We’re looking for companies:
The Founding team has experience in innovation and entrepreneurship overseas, possesses innovative technologies or achievements with good market prospects, and acquires new technologies or products with a broad market prospect.
*Those who have registered their business in Hangzhou or have paid social security in Hangzhou before January 1, 2024, and those who have participated in the competition more than twice may not be the main applicant for this year’s competition.
