Grooming Endowment Teachers Appreciation Program (GETAP) (Up to N2.4 million Cash Prize)

The Grooming Endowment Teachers Appreciation Program (GETAP) is a commendable initiative aimed at providing support and recognition for teachers working in underserved and underfunded communities. Here are the details:

Objective: GETAP aims to support and reward diligent teachers in low-income communities by providing financial assistance and other resources to alleviate economic burdens and encourage their continued dedication to the profession.

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Currently working in an underserved and remote environment.
  • Teaching in a primary or secondary school.
  • Demonstrated impact or innovation in teaching.
  • Passion for and plans for continuity in the teaching profession to help more children and encourage others in the field.
  • Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.

Benefits: Selected teachers will receive a sum of two hundred thousand Naira (N200,000) and other resources in kind to support them in their teaching endeavors.
