Dell Technologies in the United States of America is inviting applications for the 2026 Dell Aspire Mentorship Program from interested applicants.
The Dell STEM Aspire Mentorship Program aims to encourage and empower enthusiastic students studying STEM-based degrees to have rewarding careers in the technology sector.
The Dell STEM Aspire Mentorship Program is a female mentorship program connecting 2nd year college students to mentors within Dell Technologies.
The program aims to encourage and empower enthusiastic students studying STEM based degrees to have rewarding careers in the technology sector.
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for the Dell STEM Aspire Mentorship Program, you must:
- Be studying a STEM course
- Be in your second year of college studies
- Be a female
What is expected from me?
- Engagement with your mentor at least once a month (virtually or in person, to be decided by each mentee/mentor pair)
- Participation in events run by the program, including on-site events at Dell offices (there will be 3-4 events throughout the year)
