Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for Anglo American Graduates Opportunities, applicants are expected to meet the following conditions:
- An undergraduate qualification (Bachelor degree or equivalent) in the relevant discipline. It would be advantageous to have a post graduate qualification in the relevant discipline OR a proven track record of extensive practical operational experience in a role and context of similar type and complexity.
Technical knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of operations monitoring and principles.
- Excellent change and relationship management capability.
- Monitoring services, toolsets, compliance and standards.
- Outsourced team management to ensure effective resource utilisation.
