Welcome to the Agribusiness e-Academy

The Agribusiness e-Academy is the online learning platform of the Agri-Business Facility for Africa (ABF). It offers self-paced learning opportunities designed to enhance knowledge and skills in agronomy, entrepreneurship, and economics—key areas for success in agribusiness.

Drawing on internationally recognized tools and over 12 years of experience from various development programs, ABF has developed innovative instruments tailored for self-directed learning. Participants can earn scores and certificates upon completing knowledge tests, allowing them to advance their careers as entrepreneurs or improve the quality of agribusiness training they provide to others.

The e-Academy is available in multiple languages, including French, Spanish, and Portuguese. Users can select their preferred language by choosing the option in the top right corner of the platform’s header image.

ABF will continue to expand the range of courses and learning opportunities available to agribusiness professionals. Learners are encouraged to stay informed by following updates on LinkedIn and Facebook.

Those satisfied with their experience are invited to recommend the e-Academy to colleagues and partners. For any questions related to course content, users may contact the team at [email protected].

The Agribusiness e-Academy is part of the ABF initiative, a pan-African knowledge and advisory hub launched in 2020 by German Development Cooperation. ABF’s interdisciplinary team operates from Germany, Ghana, Côte d’Ivoire, and South Africa. In collaboration with the GIZ project MOVE-ComCashew, ABF is implementing the Joint Action “Business Support Facility for Resilient Agricultural Value Chains,” a partnership effort supported by the EU Directorate-General for International Partnerships (INTPA), the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS), and the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ).
