AFRIKA KOMMT! is a fellowship program connecting visionary African professionals with leading German companies to foster global inclusive business and cooperation. Here are the key details:

Objective: To provide young, talented African professionals with a one-year career and life transformational experience, refining leadership and management competency, accessing networks and career opportunities, improving intercultural competence, broadening perspectives, and fostering innovation.

Excellent knowledge of English
Basic knowledge of German is advantageous
Not older than 35 years
