We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: IT Support Officer
Locations: Ekiti, Ondo, Osun and Oyo
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Setting up accounts for new users
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
- Testing new technology
- Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)
Job Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics.
- Minimum of Lower credit / Second class lower.
- Minimum of 5 credits in O’level (including Maths and English).
- Not more than 27 years old.
- 0 – 2 years work experience.
- Hands-on experience in Desktop publishing, Network Administration, IT Helpdesk.
