Eatwell is a retailer of a wide variety of raw, and value-added meats, seafood, fruits, and vegetables. Our products include wholesale and retail size cuts of beef, lamb and pork, diverse poultry items such as chicken, duck, quail and wide selection of seafood to include fish, crabs, calamari, and octopus. Semi processed items like burger patties, meat balls, sausages, pre-marinated kebabs, are also offered, alongside ready to eat snacks. Our lean meat and superfoods section for the health conscious is supported with our in house food advisory staff.

We offer convenience across all our sales channels and you can experience this by either walking into our store or shopping via any of our shopping channels; our website and social media pages on all platforms. We are a start-up food retail/Food Service Business with a vision for multiple retail outlets all over Nigeria and a dedicated central processing/ Manufacturing hub.

We are recruiting a competent, experienced and driven candidate to fill the position below:

Job Title: Account / Admin Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reporting Line: General Manager
Direct Reports: Accounts Officer, Admin Officer, Inventory Officer

Summary of Job Description

  • Manage Financial and Administrative teams to achieve the company’s goals.
  • Oversee the preparation and custody of all financial records of the business.
  • Financial Analysis and Budget Control
  • Evaluate existing Accounting Systems and recommend improvements if required
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies for all statutoryfinancial and corporate requirements.
  • Support Financial Audits for the Business
  • Oversee Administration and ensure processes are followed.
  • Oversee resource identification, work assignment and performance evaluation

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance from a reputable University.
  • Minimum of 8 years post-graduate experience
  • Experience with and/or exposure to Tax Accounting/Audit as well as retail operations with regards to inventory management, product pricing and all necessary operating templates and technology
  • An Administrative Experience and Experience with Multi-Branch type Retail Business will be an added advantage
  • Candidate must be able to work unsupervised,driven, focused and able to multitask
  • Candidate must be familiar with basic Accounting Software.

Remuneration

  • N4,000,000 – N5,000,000 annually
  • Performance Bonus with at least 3 years in senior management within a structured organisation
