We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant / Secretary / Receptionist
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
- Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
- Organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
Requirements
- OND / HND / B.Sc in related course
- 0-2 years work experience.
- Fluent in Oral and written English
- Basic knowledgeMs software such as Word, Excel & Powerpoint
- Weekly training

Remuneration
- N45,000 – N65,000 / month.
- Monthly Health bonuses
