The National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) was established via Act 12 as amended by Act 50 of 1999, to manage disasters in Nigeria. It has been tackling disaster related issues through the establishment of concrete structures.

Its mission is to coordinate resource towards efficient and effective disaster prevention, preparation, mitigation and response in Nigeria.

Its visions is to build a culture of preparedness, prevention, response and community resilience to disaster in Nigeria.

Job Description

  • A human resource manager has two basic functions: overseeing department functions and managing employees.
  • That’s why human resources managers must be well-versed in each of the human resources disciplines – compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations, and recruitment and selection.

Requirements

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree, HND, NCE / OND qualification
  • 1 – 6 years experience.

Salary

N35,000 – N115,000 monthly.
