Job Description
- Implement and champion new programs and systems that creates an efficient employee process and great employee experience.
- Manage relationships and contracts with crucial People Operations vendors and service providers.
- Execute the onboarding and off-boarding processes with a focus on; data collection and integrity, set-up of employee profiles (Zoho, Engagedly), staff confirmation, exit process etc.
- Performance Management; process initiation & reporting.
- Process overtime, invoices and other vendor payment related matters.
- Support employee data reporting, audits, and data integrity initiatives.
- Work closely with other team members to execute any People & Culture plan/strategy.
- Use of HRIS, Office 365 (Forms, Excel, Word, Powerpoint), CRM, Good administrative skills (Process-oriented, thorough, time-management)
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, and relevant HR certification from CIPM/SHRM/HRCI
- Good communication skills,
- Problem-solving skills, Organizational skills, Collaboration skills (Team player).
- Ability to learn, unlearn and relearn
