Job Title: Quality Control Manager
Location: Lekki, Lagos
Job Description
- Regulation of production process procedures to enhance consistency and uniqueness in services.
- Consistent cross check of hygiene and sanitation flow of all departments.
- Standardization of inventory grammages and standards for receiving all inventories.
- Overseeing storages i.e portioned store, production, and customer services.
- Conducting routines and non routines of in- process materials, raw materials, and finished products.
- Checking dimensions and surface quality of random batches of inventory items to ensure they meet the company quality and standard.
- Investigating customer complaints regarding qualities issues and develop a solution.
- Assist in the development of needed records and standards and also maintain accurate system workflow.
- Generation and analysis of production reports if necessary.
- Collate all the departments reports on bad & damaged, returns and inter departments transfers daily reports.
- Performing the quality inspections process of recipes procedures and production process.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / B.Tech qualification with at least 5 years work experience.
