We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Personal Assistant
Location: Jabi, Abuja
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Act as the point of contact between the manger and suppliers.
- Handle requests and queries appropriately
- Running of errands and ability to profer solutions when problem arises.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
- Making enquiries and offering personal assistant to the manager.
- Act as the procurement officer with excellent price negotiation
- Making inventory and keeping records of all warehouse items
- Any duties assigned to you by your manager.
Job Requirements
- Graduate and done with NYSC.
- 1 – 4 years work experience.
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure.
- Excellent communicator with great time management skills.
- Fluency in Hausa is an added advantage.
- Proficient in MS office suite.
- Diplomatic withPositive attitude towards work.
Salary
N80,000 monthly
