Job Title: Contact Center Agent

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Temporary

Job Description

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join an ongoing project as a Contact Center Agent specializing in survey administration.
  • As a Contact Center Agent, your primary responsibility will be to contact clients and administer surveys over the phone.
  • Your goal will be to gather valuable feedback and insights to help improve our products/services and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • This role is a contract role and the selected candidate will work on Sundays only.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to clients and efficiently administer surveys following established scripts and guidelines
  • Engage clients in a professional and friendly manner, building rapport and ensuring a positive experience during the survey process
  • Accurately record responses and relevant client information into the survey database
  • Achieve weekly survey quota targets while maintaining quality standards
  • Document and report client feedback, common concerns, and suggestions for process improvement
  • Adhere to survey administration protocols to ensure consistency and accuracy in data collection
  • Clearly and concisely explain the purpose and objectives of the survey to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have

Qualification and Experience

  • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree qualification with at least 1 year work experience.
  • Must have a functioning laptop
  • Must be available to work on Sundays
  • Must reside within Lagos State.
  • Prior experience in a call center environment, especially in survey administration or market research, is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to listen actively and engage with clients
