Job Description
- Answering of questions about the company products and services
- Resolving issues and troubleshooting technical problems
- Collecting and analysing customer feedback
- Developing and documenting knowledge into helpful content.
Requirements / Experience
- Interested candidates should possess B.Sc / HND or OND
- The candidate must be a good listener
- The candidate must be a good communicator
- The candidate must possess a problem solving mindset
- Ability to work as part of a team.
Salary
N120,000 to 150,000 / month.
