Job Title: Marketing Manager

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven 5 years experience as a Marketing Manager or similar role in banking, or within the real estate sector.
- Strong understanding of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices, with a track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
- Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing activities and maximize ROI.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, identifying opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, content management systems, and analytics tools.
- Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to support the company’s real estate business objectives.
- Experience in conducting market research to identify target markets, customer segments, and emerging trends in the real estate industry.
- Create engaging marketing campaigns, both online and offline, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
Salary
N250,000 / Month.
