Perfection Motor Company Limited, established in 2013, is a subsidiary of the Lee Group of companies was established in partnership with FAW China. Perfection Motor was given the sole rights to, assemble and market FAW heavy duty Trucks in Nigeria. Since our inception in 2013, we have made great strides in insuring that we will be ready to service our market by establishing our head office alongside a fully equipped workshop, parts department and not to mention an SKD assembly plant in Ikeja. Over the next few years, we also have firm plans to establish a network of dealerships covering areas such as Kano, Kaduna, Abuja and Port Harcourt.
We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Kitchen Assistant
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Description
- Assisting the cook in preparation of meal ingredients
- Cleaning and mopping the kitchen floor
- Assisting with the unloading of the delivered food supplied
- Chopping of fruits and vegetables
- Washing and appropriately storing all cooking appliances, instruments utensils, cutting boards, and, dishes
- Organizing and correctly storing food supplies
- Promptly transfer meal ingredients from storage areas to the kitchen as per the cook’s instructions
- Stirring and heating soups and sauces as well as preparing hot bevarages.
Requirements
- OND / HND or B.Sc in relevant subject
- 2 – 5 years of work experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Proven experience assisting in kitchens
- Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.
- The ability to stand for extended periods.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- The ability to work in a team.
