Requirements
- Master’s Degree or B.Sc Degree in Security Operations Management, Criminology, Security Studies, Business Administration, or its equivalent.
- Knowledge of Physical Security and it’s components will be considered.
- Professional certification will be an added advantage.
- Candidate age of 40 to 50 years.
- Good time management skills.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and the internet.
- Experience in navigating social media such as WhatsApp, Zoom, Facebook, and popular browsers.
- 3+ years of experience as Head of an office/Manager or similar role.
- Excellent decisions making and organizational skills.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and it’s impact on company’s success.
- Great team leader.
