Job Title: Finance Manager – Planning and Analysis

Job Description
- Our company is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager: Planning and Analysis to provide overall financial support and collaborate closely with the business unit head to formulate and refine the strategy and financial projections for the business.
- As a Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will manage the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process, analyze actuals against budget/forecast and prior year, and provide stakeholders with timely, detailed, and meaningful insights and visibility on business performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage financial models and reports to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and monthly variance analyses.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize financial performance.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team.
- Analyze actuals against budget/forecast and prior year.
- Support decision-making by providing stakeholders with timely, detailed, meaningful insights and business performance visibility
- Analyze market trends, competitor behavior, and internal performance to provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and financial targets.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in a similar role, with FMCG-related experience being an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP and ERP Navision/Microsoft GP, Oracle Financials.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
