Job Title: Traceability Officer
Location: Airport Road, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Description
- Document CCP records in hot kitchen
- Monitor and document corrective actions when applicable.
- Report daily compliance and noncompliance to the QHSE supervisor
- Monitor Cooking and Blast chilling temperature compliance.
- Monitor hygiene and PPE usage compliance.
Requirements
- A Degree in any Science related course (Microbiology, Biochemistry, Food Tech etc).
- 0-2 years’ experience.
- Candidate must be tech savy and should have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
