Job Title: Field Officer
Location: Garki, Abuja

Job Description
- We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Officer to join our team. The Field Officer will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our real estate properties and ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a strong work ethic, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and ensure they are addressed in a timely manner
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure that all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed according to schedule and within budget
- Monitor tenant complaints and respond to them in a timely and effective manner
- Assist with leasing activities, including conducting property tours and screening prospective tenants
- Manage and update property records and maintain accurate documentation
- Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
Education
- BSc, HND, ND, in Business Administration, Real Estate, or any related field
Experience:
- 0-2 years of experience in property management or related field
- Proven track record of successfully managing and maintaining properties
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Other Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Ability to travel to different properties as required.
Remunerations
- Salary: N50,000 – N70,000 monthly.
